Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Swimming Pool & Landscape Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing design and construction drawings for swimming pools, landscapes, and water features, with a strong understanding of UAE standards and construction practices. a part of

·       Strong technical drafting and detailing skills.

·       Excellent knowledge of swimming pool systems, landscape construction, and related standards.

·       Ability to read and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.

·       Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

·       Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Skills

·       Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for swimming pools, landscapes, and water features.

·       Develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

·       Prepare swimming pool layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.

·       Draft hardscape and softscape layouts, including paving, planting, pergolas, decks, and other outdoor structures.

·       Prepare irrigation layouts, landscape lighting layouts, and grading plans.

·       Coordinate structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings to ensure design integration.

·       Prepare swimming pool piping layouts, filtration system drawings, equipment room layouts, and waterproofing details.

·       Revise drawings based on consultant comments, client requirements, and site conditions.

·       Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
