Eligibility

• Gulf/UAE work experience is mandatory.
• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (for Truck Driver position).
• Valid UAE equipment operator licence/certification (where applicable).
• Good knowledge of safe operating practices.
• Basic understanding of English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Applicants from nationalities other than Indian and Pakistani are encouraged to apply in line with our workforce diversity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Shovel / JCB Operator

• Safely operate heavy equipment at construction and industrial sites.
• Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical defects.
• Load, unload, excavate, level and move materials as instructed.
• Ensure equipment is operated efficiently while following all safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned machine and complete basic daily maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site personnel and other operators to ensure smooth operations.

Heavy Truck Driver

• Safely transport heavy equipment, construction materials and machinery to various project sites across the UAE.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
• Ensure proper loading, securing and unloading of cargo.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain trip records and promptly report any accidents, breakdowns or maintenance issues.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good operating condition.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month
