We are seeking an experienced General Manager – F&B to lead the overall performance of a restaurant concept, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. The role will be responsible for maximizing profitability, maintaining brand standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete operations and performance of the restaurant concept. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational targets. Manage P&L performance, including sales growth, labor cost, food cost, and operational expenses. Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and operational teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and service excellence. Analyze business performance reports and implement improvement strategies. Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and enhance overall customer experience. Support new openings, expansion projects, and operational readiness. Collaborate with culinary, marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of F&B experience, with proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader. Strong experience managing high-volume restaurants or multiple outlets. Demonstrated experience in P&L management and achieving financial targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage large teams. Experience in premium casual dining, fine dining, or multi-brand restaurant environments preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities. Strong understanding of F&B trends, guest experience, and operational excellence.
