WE ARE HIRING – HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Join our team and lead our housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position: Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations and workforce deployment.
✔ Lead, supervise, and motivate housekeeping supervisors, coordinators, and cleaning staff.
✔ Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality are consistently maintained.
✔ Develop work schedules, manpower plans, and operational procedures.
✔ Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of sites and service locations.
✔ Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
✔ Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
✔ Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.
✔ Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
✔ Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading large teams.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage.
