- توفير الخبرة الفنية في جميع تصميمات الهندسة المدنية والهندسة الهيكلية
- ضمان امتثال التصميم والهندسة للوائح المعنية ومعايير ADNOC
- تنسيق ومراقبة والتعامل مع تصميم وهندسة المدنية والإنشائية مع مقاول EPC وفق توقعات المشروع وإكمالها في الإطار الزمني المحدد
- العمل مع مهندسين تخصصيين آخرين ضمن IPMT، مقاول EPC، الهندسة/التشغيل/واجهة الموقع بشركة ADNOC لحل القضايا الفنية وضمان تنفيذ وتكامل هندسة التخصص بجودة عالية، إلخ.
- إجراء مراجعات فنية منتظمة وفي الوقت المناسب للمخرجات الهندسية المدنية والإنشائية التي يتم تطويرها من قبل المستشارين/المقاولين الهندسيين، لضمان جودة التصميم وفقاً للوائح والمعايير والممارسات الأفضل ذات الصلة.

- تنسيق المشاركة الهندسية المطلوبة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم ونماذج الأعمال المختلفة. المساهمة بإدخال وخبرة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم ونماذج الأعمال لتحسين التصميم والتحقق.
- المشاركة في فرق لتحديد حجم المعدات / اختيار المعدات مع مراعاة التحسين والتوحيد القياسي
- ضمان تصميم المنشآت وفق أحدث التوجيهات المؤسسية فيما يخص الجوانب البيئية والصحية
- ضمان الاستفادة الكاملة من المرافق القائمة مع تحسين ما يلزم من مرافق للمشروعات الجديدة
- المشاركة في مراجعات التخطيط، مراجعة النماذج، مراجعات التصميم، وورش العمل الفنية
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية والتنسيق مع مهندسين تخصصيين آخرين
- تنسيق المراجعات الفنية وتقييم العطاءات وتقييم الأداء
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية أثناء التركيب، ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل
- التبليغ إلى قائد فريق تخصص ADNOC، مدير الهندسة، وتقديم الدعم لمديري المشاريع والمهندسين ضمن 조직 فريق إدارة المشروع
- التعامل مع المدراء وقادة الفرق والمهندسين في الأقسام الفنية للشركة ووحدات الأعمال والعمليات وقسم اللوجستيكا
- التواصل بانتظام مع فريق الهندسة وإدارة المشروع لدى المقاول والمهندسين التخصصيين حسب الحاجة
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية
- على الأقل 15 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة النفط والغاز
- مهارات تواصل مكتوبة وشفوية ممتازة
- مهارات تقنية وفريق عمل وتواصل شخصي ممتازة
- خبرة ومعرفة تفصيلية باللوائح والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة
- معرفة ببرامج الهندسة الحاسوبية وبرامج الأعمال العامة

Job description
- Provide technical expertise in all Civil and Structural design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Civil and Structural Engineering design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration of overall Civil and Structural Engineering. Overall coordination within IPMT Mechanical Civil and Structural Engineering Team
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Civil and Structural Engineering design activities
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to design optimization and validation.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
- Ensure full utilization of the existing facilities while optimizing the facilities required for the new projects.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
- Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Project Management Team organization
- Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in Company's Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations Units, and Logistics Department
- Interface regularly with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team and discipline engineers as and when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
