• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

• Oversee accounting functions of subsidiaries and ensure consistency in financial reporting.

• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board of Directors.

• Support business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and investment evaluations through financial analysis and due diligence.

• Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA.

• Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) will be an advantage.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Experience working with ERP systems.
