عن الدور:
لتخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة فريق متعدد المهارات ذو اتجاه ذاتي لتقديم خدمات المرافق لتلبية متطلبات العملاء الداخليون، والتأكد من أن جميع عمليات وخدمات المرافق تلبي متطلبات أداء الإدارة. والتأكد من أن جميع العمليات والأنشطة تلتزم بمعايير السلامة والجودة المعرفة
المتطلبات:
يُشترط في المرشح المحتمل أن يستوفي المتطلبات المذكورة أدناه:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
- معرفة جيدة تشغيلاً وصيانة لمعالجة الألبان / عملية UHT / تعبئة Tetrapak / تعبئة KHS وما يتبعها من معدات نهاية الخط CAP30.
- خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور مشابه في صناعة ألبان كبيرة ومعالجة العصائر.
- مهارات قياس متوسطة في الأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية ومعدات ألفا لافال
- التعامل مع مشاكل الاستشعار المرتبطة بتعبئة Tetrapak ومعدات Mariani.
- قيادة وتنسيق مع فنيي المناوبة.

About the Role:
To plan, organize and manage a self-directing multi skilled team to provide utilities services to meet internal customer requirement, ensure that all utility operation and services meet the management performance requirements. And ensure that all operation and activities meet the defined safety and Quality standards
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bacholer's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of Dairy Processing /UHT process / Tetrapak Filler/KHS Filler and End of line equipment CAP30 .
- 3 to 5 Years hands on experience in a similar role in a large process Dairy Juice industry.
- Basic level Instrumentation skill set on E & H equipment & Alfa laval
- Trouble shooting issue related with Tetrapak Filler and Mariani equipment's.
- Lead and Coordinate with shift technicians.
