The Opportunity

We are hiring an entry-level Benefits Operations (Operations) professional to join our Operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career UAE Nationals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a client-facing Benefits Operations professional over time.

You will begin with a manageable portfolio of client accounts and develop strong foundations in benefits administration through insurer portals and Marsh systems. As you progress, your scope and client exposure will expand.

What You Will Do

• Process benefits administration activities, including policy endorsements
• Manage additions and deletions on insurer portals
• Perform administrative/back-office operations and maintain accurate records
• Work extensively across computer-based platforms, including Marsh internal systems and Benefits tools
• Support client servicing activities and respond to client requests when required
• Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 20–25 client accounts (with growth potential over time)
• Collaborate with team members and support operational tasks across the team

What We’re Looking For (Critical Requirements)

• UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree — mandatory (preferred: Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related commercial discipline)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory due to client-facing communication
• Comfort learning new systems quickly and working in a detail-focused operational environment
• Confidence to communicate professionally with clients (including virtual meetings with camera on, emails, and phone

calls)

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills
• Any exposure to benefits operations/HR administration/insurance portals

Working Model

This role follows a hybrid model with an expectation of approximately 2 days per week in the Dubai office (flexibility may apply depending on commuting distance).
