STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT

Senior Manager – Programme Management (Operational Development & TAM/CDM Coordination)

What you'll deliver

• You’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Operations Excellence and airport projects, from initial concept and business case through to final handover.
• You’ll act as the single point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder management, ensuring strong collaboration and issue resolution.
• You’ll develop, agree, and secure sign‑off of Project Management Plans (PMPs) with Business Owners and Programme Leads and you will be responsible to coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle, including scoping, design, procurement, delivery, testing, acceptance, and implementation.
• You’ll define and oversee testing strategies and acceptance criteria, including FAT, SAT, and UAT, to enable benefits realization.
• You’ll ensure projects are delivered in alignment with Project Management Governance, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• You’ll manage project budgets, resources, contracts, and variations, ensuring effective financial control and value delivery.
• You’ll coordinate Concept and Detailed Design activities with Design, Research, SME teams, and external suppliers.
• You’ll lead procurement coordination with Supply Management and ensure effective contract execution.
• You’ll manage and mitigate risks and issues, implementing contingency plans where required.
• You’ll oversee and coordinate procedural and physical changes, including works within operational environments.
• You’ll provide transparent and timely reporting on cost, schedule, risks, and performance.

What you bring

• You’ll be educated to a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management or related with at least 7-10 years of experience in Aviation, Airports, Complex Infrastructure. 
• You’ll have proven experience delivering complex airport operations, process, and systems projects end to end.
• You’ll have a deep understanding of airport operations, industry standards, and regulated environments (e.g. ACDM, TAM).
• You’ll have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging confidently at senior levels.
• You’ll have strong project governance, financial control, and risk management expertise.
• You’ll have familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2/APMP, MS Project, P6, Clarity).
