Prepare detailed Electrical Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Builder's Work Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for luxury villa and high-end residential projects.
Develop electrical layouts including lighting, power, earthing, cable routing, single-line diagrams (SLD), and low-current system drawings.
Review IFC drawings, tender documents, project specifications, and consultant drawings before preparing shop drawings.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated drawings.
Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and project requirements.
Prepare coordinated MEP drawings and resolve drawing conflicts before construction.
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE authority regulations, DEWA requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors during project execution.
Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control, and drawing registers.
Support the project team by providing timely drawing updates to meet construction schedules.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission of all engineering drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Drafting, or a related engineering discipline.
10–12 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the UAE (Mandatory).
Mandatory experience in Luxury Villa projects.
Experience in high-end residential buildings and premium villa developments.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare detailed electrical shop drawings.
Good knowledge of DEWA regulations, UAE electrical standards, and building construction practices.
Experience in MEP coordination, builder's work drawings, and as-built documentation.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
