Electrical Inspector - inspect the installation and quality of electrical and ELV systems on site. The role includes ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while supporting quality and progress monitoring.

Mechanical Inspector - inspect the installation and quality of mechanical systems on construction projects. The role includes ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes while coordinating with project teams to maintain quality standards and support inspections and handovers.

EHS Inspector - ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on construction sites. The role involves conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, enforcing safety standards, and supporting the EHS Engineer in maintaining a safe work environment.

Finishing / Architectural Inspector - inspect and ensure the quality of finishing works on site. The role includes verifying compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards while reporting defects and supporting quality project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 7 years' experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE.

• Previous and recent consultancy firm experience is required.

• Demonstrated experience across villa developments, residential complexes, high-rise towers, and mixed-use projects.

• Familiarity with local authority standards and inspection procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent coordination and communication with contractors, engineers, and project teams

• Excellent inspection, coordination, and reporting skills

• High attention to detail and quality orientation

• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
