Job Description We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) in the execution of high-rise commercial, residential or mixed-use building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working with contractors and possess strong knowledge of site execution, quality, safety, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.* Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.* Ensure compliance with project quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.* Review drawings and identify site-related issues, coordinating timely resolutions.* Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed as per approved method statements and specifications.* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.* Support project planning by monitoring progress and reporting delays or potential risks.* Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from consultants where required.
Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.* 4–6 years of experience in high-rise commercial, residential, or mixed-use building construction projects.* Good understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, finishing works, and site coordination.* Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines.* UAE experience and immediate availability will be an advantage.
