Job PurposeConduct analysis and prepare reports related to driver licensing and permits to support regulatory oversight and service performance evaluation. Generate data-driven actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making to enhance the effectiveness, transparency, and quality of driver licensing services and training standards in the Emirate.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy• Compile and analyze operational data and performance indicators related to driver licensing services, training institutes, and driver qualification processes to support reporting requirements and planning activities.• Provide data inputs and structured analysis to support the review of regulations, policies and licensing standards.• Analyze training programs, qualification requirements, and methodologies against international practices to identify enhancement opportunities.• Track and report on departmental KPIs, highlighting trends and variances.

Operations• Analyze the performance of drivers licensing operations, including issuance and renewal of licenses, permits, and learning licenses across customer categories.• Compile and evaluate data related to driver examinations (theoretical and practical) to identify trends, pass rates, and operational gaps.• Monitor the performance of driving institutes, instructors, assessors, and lecturers to assess effectiveness of training delivery and share results with management.• Track registration, screening, and compliance of training activities and licensing requirements in coordination with relevant authorities.• Analyze service delivery performance related to qualification and licensing services to identify efficiency and service quality gaps.• Contribute to preparing and developing policies and requirements in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the UAE and best practices regarding the qualifications, training and licensing activities of drivers.

Product / Process Improvement• Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance driver licensing services and training quality by analyzing operational data, customer feedback, and service performance indicators.• Support the development of digital dashboards and smart monitoring tools that enable proactive oversight of licensing activities and training institute performance.• Support the development and refinement of driver training programs, qualification frameworks, and licensing requirements.

Physical Working Conditions• Work primarily in an office environment focused on performance and evaluation.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, data analytics, or information systems.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
• Preferred: ISO Auditor (Quality), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional Certification
