النطاق الوظيفي (وصف موجز للمسؤولية العامة):
يكون مهندس الاختبار والتكليف مسؤولاً عن تصميم واختبار وتكليف أنظمة الحماية والتحكم في محطات الجهد العالي (33، 132 و220 ك.ف). سيكون مهندس P&C مسؤولاً عن اختيار وتحديد بارامترات وحدات حماية وتحكم نظم SCMS وكذلك وحدات IEDs الأخرى. يجب أن يكون ملماً بمخططات ربط HV، ومخططات AC وDC والتعديلات (بما في ذلك دوائر CT وPT والكابلات). يجب أن يكون متمرساً في استخدام معدات اختبار الحماية (OMICRON وISA).
الأنشطة الرئيسية للوظيفة:
- إعداد تعديلات مخططات AC وDC ومخططات الربط.
- اختيار وتحديد أبعاد وحدات IEDs المتنوعة (بما فيها BCPUs).
- الإلمام بمختلف بروتوكولات IEC للاتصالات في المحطات الفرعية مثل IEC 6150 وIEC 6070-5-101/104
- استخدام معدات الاختبار (مثلاً OMICRON وISA)
- الإلمام ببرنامج SCMS HMI وبرنامج SCADA
- القدرة على اختبار المكونات الفردية والأنظمة المتكاملة ككل
- حضور خدمات الموقع للإشراف على التركيب والتكليف وتجربة قبول الموقع

- كفاءة مجلس التعاون الخليجي (خصوصاً TAQA في أبوظبي)
- الإلمام بمختلف بروتوكولات SCMS وبروتوكولات حماية المرحل.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الاتصالات ومكوّناتها مثل الـ SDH وPDH والموصلات اللاسلكية والمودمات.
SCOPE (Brief Description Of Overall Responsibility):
The Testing & Commissioning Engineer shall be responsible for design, testing& commissioning of protection and control systems at HV stations (33, 132 and 220 kV). The P&C engineer shall be responsible for the selection and parameterization of BCPUs (Protection and control) of the SCMS systems as well as other IEDs. He shall be competent with HV interlocking schemes, AC and DC schematics and modifications (including CT & PT circuits and cabling). He shall be familiar in use of relay testing equipment (OMICRON and ISA).
The Main Job Activities:
- Preparation of modifications of AC and DC schematics and interlocking schemes.
- Select and size various IEDs (including BCPUs).
- Familiar with various substation communication IEC (IEC 6150 and IEC 6070-5-101/104) protocols
- Using testing equipment (e.g. OMICRON and ISA)
- Familiar with SCMS HMI and SCADA software
- Capable of testing individual components and overall integrated systems
- Attending site services for installation supervision, commissioning and site acceptance test
Desired Candidate Profile
- GCC Competency (especially TAQA in Abu Dhabi)
- Familiar with various SCMS and protection relay protocols.
- Familiar with Telecommunication Systems and components such as SDH and PDH Multiplexers and radio communication and modems.
