Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit. Register patients accurately and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for Radiology and Outpatient Clinics. Verify insurance eligibility, obtain approvals, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information. Process patient billing, co-payments, deductibles, and other healthcare-related transactions. Coordinate with clinical teams, radiology departments, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance requirements, and patient confidentiality standards. Maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial transactions. Support departmental operations and undertake additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare administration experience in the UAE. Proven experience working in Radiology and/or Outpatient Clinics within a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong experience in patient billing, insurance processes, and cash handling. Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and electronic medical records. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance processes and billing procedures. Excellent customer service and patient relation skills. Outstanding communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hospital systems. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
