Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to drive continuous enhancement of our digital Brokerage & Wealth platforms. This role requires a blend of strong business acumen, technical capability, and hands-on experience with digital investment journeys, including onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and custody processes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital brokerage and wealth platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. User Story Definition: Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Solution Validation: Support UAT, validate solutions against requirements, and ensure smooth implementation. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance digital investment journeys and improve customer experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital brokerage and wealth management platforms. Experience in investment journeys: onboarding, trading, portfolio management, custody. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years in digital wealth/brokerage platforms. Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA preferred.
