Job title: Lead Unreal Engine Developer — Digital Twin Company: Info Labs Global Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site) Employment type: Contract / Project-Based engagement Eligibility: Candidates must already be residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa About the role You will lead the real-time 3D build of the Digital Twin — a large, data-driven interior/exterior environment that must run smoothly while streaming live telemetry from thousands of building points. You'll set the technical direction in Unreal and lead a small team of developers and artists. What you'll do Own the Unreal Engine codebase: architecture, C++ modules, Blueprint standards, and plugin strategy Lead development of the interactive twin — navigation, level-of-detail, floor/zone isolation, asset selection, live status overlays Drive performance optimisation: draw calls, Nanite/Lumen tuning, streaming, memory budgets, target frame rate on the delivery hardware Implement Pixel Streaming / multi-display command centre output where required Build the runtime data-binding layer that maps live sensor and system data to 3D assets Mentor Unreal developers, run code reviews, and set the definition of done for 3D features What you'll bring6+ years with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5), with strong production C++ and Blueprint skills Proven experience shipping large-scale, performance-critical real-time 3D applications Solid grasp of rendering pipeline, profiling tools (Unreal Insights, GPU profiler), and optimisation techniques Experience integrating external data into Unreal via REST, Web Socket, MQTT, or custom plugins Comfortable leading a small team and making architecture calls Nice to have Digital Twin, simulation, architectural visualisation, or industrial-training project history Experience with Pixel Streaming at scale, n Display, or video-wall deployments Familiarity with Datasmith and CAD/BIM import pipelines Location & engagement Based in Dubai, UAE — on-site at Info Labs Global and at the client facility as the project requires Project-based engagement for the duration of the Digital Twin program, with extension subject to project pipeline Applicants must currently be in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
