تتعاون Black & Grey HR مع شركة مقاولات رائدة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتوظيف مشرف DLP خبير – مدني للأنشطة ما بعد التسليم وفترة العيوب الملتزم بها. سيتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة قوية في البناء المدني مع خبرة عملية في تحديد العيوب وتنسيقها وإغلاقها مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية- الإشراف على أنشطة الإصلاح المدني اليومية وتصحيح العيوب خلال مرحلة DLP.- إجراء فحص الموقع لتحديد وتقييم العيوب المرتبطة بالإنشاءات المدنية والتشطيب.- التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفرق الصيانة والاستشاريين وفرق الهندسة لإنهاء الأعمال في الوقت المحدد.- الإشراف على الإصلاحات التي تتضمن العزل المائي، البناء بالحجارة،الجص، الأرضيات، الدهانات، والتشطيبات المدنية الأخرى.- التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال التصحيحية تحقق الجودة والمتطلبات والسلامة والمواصفات المشروع.- متابعة طلبات خدمة العملاء/العملاء ودفع العيوب المعلقة حتى الإغلاق.- الحفاظ على متتبعات العيوب المحدثة وسجلات الفحص ووثائق الإنجاز.- التحقق من الأعمال المكتملة من خلال فحوصات المتابعة قبل إغلاق القضايا المُبلَّغ عنها.- إدارة توزيع العمالة ومراقبة إنتاجية القوى العاملة.- إعداد تقارير تقدم منتظمة تغطي الأعمال المكتملة والجارية والمعلقة ضمن DLP.المتطلبات- 10–20 عامًا من الخبرة في البناء المدني، صيانة المباني، إدارة المرافق، أو عمليات DLP.
- معرفة قوية بالأعمال المدنية، العزل المائي، البناء بالحجارة، الجص، الأرضيات، الدهانات، التشطيب، وإصلاحات العيوب.
- فهم جيد لرسومات البناء ومتطلبات الجودة وممارسات السلامة في الموقع.
- أي مؤهل تعليمي؛ دبلوم تقني، شهادة، أو تدريب متعلق بالبناء ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات إشراف وتنسيق وحل المشكلات والاتصال وإدارة الوقت قوية.

Job description
Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced DLP Supervisor – Civil for post-handover and Defects Liability Period activities. The ideal candidate will have strong civil construction expertise with hands-on experience in identifying, coordinating, and closing defects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily civil repair and defect rectification activities during the DLP stage.- Carry out site inspections to identify and evaluate civil and finishing-related defects.- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, consultants, and engineering teams for timely completion of works.- Supervise repairs involving waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil finishes.- Ensure all corrective works meet required quality, safety, and project specifications.- Follow up on client/customer service requests and drive pending defects through to closure.- Maintain updated defect trackers, inspection records, and completion documentation.- Verify completed works through follow-up inspections before closing reported issues.- Manage manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity.- Prepare regular progress updates covering completed, ongoing, and outstanding DLP works.Requirements- 10–20 years of experience in civil construction, building maintenance, facility management, or DLP operations.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, finishing, and repair activities.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, quality requirements, and site safety practices.
- Any educational qualification; a technical diploma, certification, or construction-related training is an advantage.
- Strong supervision, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
