Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing architectural model-making projects from concept to final delivery. The role requires close coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and internal production teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Manage multiple architectural model-making projects from initiation to completion. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with design, CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing, acrylic fabrication, painting, assembly, electrical, and quality control teams. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors for approvals and technical clarifications. Allocate resources and monitor manpower and production activities. Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to quality standards. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. Coordinate procurement of materials and monitor supplier deliveries. Prepare project progress reports and conduct project review meetings. Oversee packing, logistics, site delivery, and installation of completed models. Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, and quality assurance procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an architectural model-making company. GCC experience is mandatory, preferably in the UAE. Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines. Technical Skills Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction details. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of architectural model-making materials, fabrication methods, and production processes. Familiarity with CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, acrylic fabrication, woodworking, painting, lighting integration, and model assembly. Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
