- Oversee and direct the daily activities of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately guide installation and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Manage the allocation and utilization of labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from design specifications or safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a relevant vocational qualification or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines.
- Certification in safety practices (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) demonstrating a commitment to site safety.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the MEP field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial construction environments, understanding complex MEP installations.
