Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Perform complex surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery and tympanoplasty, to address anatomical and functional abnormalities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans for patients with allergies, sleep apnea, and head and neck cancer.
Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile
DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH Licensed Specialist ENT Surgeon
Minimum 5 years' post-specialist experience
UAE clinical experience
Strong outpatient ENT experience
Experience performing outpatient ENT procedures independently
Excellent patient engagement skills
Ability to build and maintain a patient following
Fluent English language skills
Arabic language skills highly advantageous
