Job Overview:

As a Senior Manager - Business Marketing at Emirates NBD, your role is a strategic marketing professional with a record of high performance and immense experience, centered on banking, is required to provide key insights as well as guidance to ensure that business growth is optimized. This individual will be responsible for conceiving and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies that maintain brand consistency, maximize effectiveness, meet measurable objectives and execute relevant customer journeys. The individual will also strive to meet business objectives by identifying products/segments for marketing investments through a defined logic. This will be done by leading high impact initiatives and creating best in class marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Planning, developing & executing marketing strategies that grow business
• Drive marketing ROI through effective management of the marketing mix 
• Create differentiation through customer experience
• Leverage partnerships/sponsorships - extend value to our customers
• Manage budgets & controls 

• Develop and execute the integrated online strategy that helps drive digital acquisition

  
  

Skills and Experience 

• Master’s in marketing or business administration
• 10+ years in a FMCG, Bank or Advertising Agency
• Strong Retail Banking professional, experience in the Middle East will be an advantage
• Excellent communications (verbal & written), negotiation and presentation skills.
• Works under intense pressure. Understands the financial and budgetary processes
• Excellent management and leadership skills.

Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum signed the Charter of Incorporation of the National Bank of Dubai (NBD) which became the first National Bank established in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the blessings of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, NBD merged with Emirates Bank International (EBI) on 06 March 2007, to form Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the region by assets. On 16 October 2007, the shares of Emirates NBD were officially listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
