A well-established multinational is hiring a Talent Development professional who thinks in systems, not sessions. This is not an L&D delivery role. Training is a small slice of the mandate. What matters is the full architecture of how talent grows — from identifying capability gaps to building the succession bench that carries the business forward.
What you'll own Organizational Development initiatives across the talent lifecycle Succession planning and succession development — not just naming successors, but building them Capability assessment and gap analysis against current and future business needs Individual development planning and coaching for high-potential and critical-role talent Embedding a repeatable talent-development framework, not one-off interventions
What we're looking for A track record in OD, talent development, or capability building — where L&D was one tool, not the whole job Strength in diagnostics: capability assessment, gap analysis, and translating findings into development plans Comfort operating end-to-end across the talent lifecycle Coaching capability and the credibility to partner with senior stakeholders
If your background is purely training delivery or course facilitation, this likely isn't the right fit — and that's fine. We're after someone who designs the system, not just runs the programs.
