Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.· Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft 365Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400), or equivalent are highly desirable.· Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are an advantage.· Thorough with ITIL Process (Incident, Service Request and Change Management)
Minimum Experience:1. 5+ years of experience administering and securing Microsoft 365 environments, with at least 3 years focused on Share Point Online and One Drive security.2. Proven experience conducting Share Point Online security assessments and executing remediation activities.3. Hands-on experience with:· Share Point Online permission cleanup and access remediation.· Oversharing detection and remediation.· Site rationalization, lifecycle management, and governance implementation.· Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID. 4. Experience implementing Zero Trust principles within Microsoft 365. 5. Experience working with large enterprise environments (10,000+ users) and complex Share Point deployments. 6. Strong experience preparing remediation plans, implementation reports, executive dashboards, and technical documentation. 7. Experience working alongside Infrastructure, Security Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
