Role Overview We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. You have a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual retention, and you're just as comfortable animating in After Effects as you are generating AI visuals to elevate a shot. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-retention videos Apply pacing, cuts, sound design, captions, and visual hooks to maximize watch time and minimize drop-off Design and animate motion graphics - titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and more - in After Effects Create custom illustrations and graphics from scratch, as well as apply and adapt presets efficiently Generate custom AI imagery (e.g. using Higgsfield) to support and enhance video content Translate briefs and raw concepts into high-performing content, informed by competitor and industry research Collaborate with creators, marketers, and the content team to improve watch time, engagement, reach, and conversions Stay current on emerging tools and trends to continuously boost creative output and efficiency
What You Bring Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects Strong hand-drawing/illustration skills, with the ability to design from scratch as well as work efficiently with presets and templates Experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Higgsfield) for image generation A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what drives audience retention Comfort working across editing, motion design, and AI tools in a fast-paced content environment
