Job Description

Own total sales, revenue and profitability performance across the MEA region. Develop and execute the regional growth strategy. Manage and optimise distributor partnerships and route-to-market models. Lead channel strategy across modern trade, traditional trade, foodservice, e-commerce channels. Drive product portfolio decisions, localization initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements. Partner with marketing teams and agencies to increase brand visibility and market penetration. Build, develop and lead a high-performing regional team. Identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable commercial growth.

The Successful Applicant

Key prerequisites for the role include:

10+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG markets across MEA. Strong P&L management and financial acumen. Proven success managing distributors across multiple international markets. Track record of driving growth and building brands in emerging markets. Experience developing and executing regional commercial strategies. Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and retain top talent. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
