We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our client in Dubai. This opportunity is with a small Gold & Diamond Trading company seeking a hands-on finance leader. While the title is Finance Manager, the role encompasses many CFO-level responsibilities across financial strategy, reporting, treasury, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support business growth Oversee risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in high‑value trading operations Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and capital allocation Partner with senior leadership to align financial goals with commercial objectives Ensure robust governance and internal controls across all financial processes
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles Proven expertise in commodities, particularly gold trading Strong commercial acumen with experience in high‑value trading operations In‑depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
