مؤسسة مقرها في دبي، وتملك محفظة متنامية باستمرار من صناعات مختلفة تشمل الموضة الفاخرة والإكسسوارات الراقية والعلامات التجارية للحياة العصرية
- إدارة والإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المحاسبة بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة/المدينة العامة، دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتسويات البنوك.
- إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية الشهرية، الربع سنوية، والسنوية. ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية والأنظمة الخارجية (GAAP، IFRS,)
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية لتحسين الكفاءة والدقة. متابعة وتحليل البيانات المحاسبية وإنتاج التقارير أو البيانات المالية.
- إشراف وتوجيه فريق المحاسبة، وتقديم الإرشاد وتقييم الأداء. التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لدعم الأهداف والغايات العامة للشركة
المؤهلات:
- مفتوح للمرشحين حتى 45 عامًا وما دون
- يجب أن يحوز على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل وجود شهادة CPA، CMA، ACCA، أو ما يعادلها من شهادة مهنية.
- يجب أن يمتلك من 7–10+ سنوات من الخبرة المالية والمحاسبية المتقدمة مع خبرة قوية في دورة المحاسبة كاملة، والتقارير المالية، والإغلاق الشهري/السنوي، والامتثال IFRS/GAAP، بما في ذلك GL، AP، AR، الأصول الثابتة، تسويات البنوك، VAT/الضرائب، وإدارة التدفق النقدي
- الكفاءة في أنظمة ERP/المحاسبة (SAP، Oracle، QuickBooks، أو ما شابه) وExcel من مايكروسوفت متقدم؛ مطلوب خبرة سابقة في قيادة فريق محاسبة

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS,)
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates 45 years old and below
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Must have 7–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with strong expertise in the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and IFRS/GAAP compliance, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, VAT/Tax, and Cash Flow Management
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel; prior leadership experience managing an accounting team is required.
