Insurance Manager Experience: 5–7 years
What You'll DoManage the company's insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage. Handle insurance renewals, claims, and policy administration. Work with insurance brokers and insurers to negotiate the best coverage and pricing. Review risks and recommend insurance solutions to protect company assets. Monitor claims, resolve complex cases, and analyze loss trends. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies. Provide advice to internal teams on insurance-related matters. Prepare reports and support continuous improvement of insurance processes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in corporate insurance. Experience managing insurance programs, claims, renewals, and risk assessments. Strong knowledge of property, liability, employee, infrastructure, or aviation insurance. Experience working with brokers, insurers, and external stakeholders. Professional certifications (ACII, FCII, CPCU, ARM, CIRM, etc.) are a plus.
Ideal Candidate An insurance professional with hands-on experience in portfolio management, claims handling, policy renewals, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within a large organization. Experience in aviation, infrastructure, transportation, or similar industries is preferred.
