Job Summary The Al Dhafra Projects Section Head is responsible for leading and coordinatingconstruction projects across the Al Dhafra region to ensure successful delivery in linewith approved scope, quality standards, and timelines. The role focuses on projectexecution, site coordination, and effective oversight of project delivery from start tofinish. The position sits within the Projects Operations Sector, Regional Areas Projects Department.
Responsibilities• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the AlDhafra region.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with qualityrequirements.• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and support timely resolution.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to supporteffective project delivery.• Review project milestones, reports, and updates to maintain control overschedule and quality.• Support site-level issue resolution and follow up on project implementationrequirements.• Ensure compliance with applicable project procedures, standards, and deliveryrequirements.• Contribute to improving project execution practices and delivery performanceacross the section.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 7 years ofexperience.• Strong project management experience, preferably in construction projects.• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery to deadlines.• Strong understanding of project execution, quality control, and timemanagement.• Regional knowledge of Al Dhafra is preferred.
