سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن:
الإشراف على العمال، متابعة الإنتاجية اليومية وضمان معايير الجودة.
تخطيط جداول العمل اليومية، تخصيص المهام، ومتابعة التقدم.
تقديم تقارير وتسجيل إنتاجية الموظفين يومياً.
إجراء قياسات الموقع والتحقق من الكميات المكتملة لأغراض الفوترة. التواصل مع العميل للفوترة.
ضمان الاستخدام الصحيح للأدوات والمعدات والمواد لتقليل الهدر.
ضمان السلامة في الموقع.

خبرة قوية في إدارة وقيادة فرق العمل لتوفير إنتاجية عالية.
يجب أن يكون مقيماً حالياً في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and manage site activities related to: Tile installation, wall plaster and skim coating.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Supervise workers, monitore daily productivity and ensure quality standards.
Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
Report and record employee productivity daily.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities for billing purposes. Communicate with client for billing.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to minimize wastage.
Ensure safety on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience in Tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting.
Strong experience managing and leading labor teams to deliver high productivity.
Must currently be in UAE.
