We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Operations professional to support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and operational support while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment, and close collaboration with internal teams, liquidity providers, custodians, and external counterparties.
Key Responsibilities Manage the complete trade lifecycle from execution through settlement. Monitor daily trading activities across multiple asset classes, including CFDs, FX, Equities, Commodities, and Indices. Perform trade validation, confirmation, allocation, and booking. Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolve any settlement failures. Conduct daily reconciliations of positions, cash balances, client accounts, and broker statements. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and operational exceptions. Liaise with liquidity providers, custodians, clearing brokers, exchanges, and banking partners. Monitor corporate actions and ensure accurate processing where applicable. Support client funding, withdrawals, and internal operational requests. Maintain accurate trade records and operational documentation. Generate daily operational, risk, and management reports. Work closely with the Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation of new products or operational enhancements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience in Trade Operations, Brokerage Operations, Middle Office, or Back Office within a financial services or brokerage environment. Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations. Experience working with CFD, FX, Equities, or Multi-Asset products. Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, c Trader, Prime XM, One Zero, or similar systems is an advantage. Knowledge of settlements, reconciliations, client money handling, and operational controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications Experience within an online brokerage, CFD, FX, or fintech environment. Knowledge of liquidity management and bridge technology. Understanding of AML, regulatory, and operational risk controls. Experience with automation tools, SQL, or Python is an advantage.
