Prepare and submit material submittals, technical datasheets, compliance statements, and consultant responses.
Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA, Civil Defense, and project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, procurement, and project teams for approvals and technical documentation.
Prepare technical comparisons, compliance reports, and resubmissions, and maintain submittal records.
Support Civil Defense submissions and authority approvals when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of UAE experience in material submittals for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation (PAVA), Emergency Lighting, Fire Pumps, and Special Systems.
Good knowledge of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA, UL/FM/LPCB/EN standards, and Civil Defense requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing tools.
Strong technical documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Salary 4500 to 10000 AED. Depends on experience.
