About the role Wisewell is looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to be the guardian of our brand and the lead voice across everything we put into the world. You will own how Wisewell looks, sounds, and shows up across the UAE and US markets, from brand and campaign copy to PR, influencer, events, and community. You will set the standard for brand-quality creative, own the marketing calendar that dictates what goes live and when, and lead a small team of creators and coordinators. This is a senior role for someone who holds a high creative bar, sequences a lot of moving parts calmly, and can carry a brand into a second market without losing its identity.
Key Responsibilities Own and protect the brand voice and visual identity, maintaining and enforcing consistency across every channel and asset (brand guidelines, asset library, governance) Own and sign off on all copy: website, advertising, email, social, and campaigns Own all creative briefs (campaigns, events, shoots, launches) and hold final sign-off on brand and hero creative Own the master marketing calendar: sequence campaigns and events, integrate the growth team's go-live dates, and let the calendar drive the team's workflow Lead PR and media relations, KOL and influencer strategy, and partnership marketing Own community management, reputation, and the UGC and reviews program across both markets Own events management and the events calendar Drive Arabic and market localization so the brand lands natively in each region Manage and develop the Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator, and direct the in-house design output
Requirements6+ years in brand, marketing, or communications, including experience owning a brand end-to-end Proven people-management: has led creatives, coordinators, or agencies Strong copywriting and editorial judgment, able to write and to sign off on others' work Experience across PR, influencer, events, and community, not just one lane Bilingual English/Arabic strongly preferred (Arabic localization is part of the role) Comfortable running brand across two markets (UAE and US) from one seat
