حول الدور الوظيفينحن نسعى لتعيين معلمة/معلم لغة إنجليزية شغوف ومؤهل IELTS 7.0 لتقديم دروس جذابة تنمي مهارات الطلاب في القراءة والكتابة والاستماع والتحدث والتفكير النقدي مع الحفاظ على معايير أكاديمية عالية في مدينة العين، الإمارات. يجب أن يحمل المرشحون درجة البكالوريوس ذات صلة، ولديهم خبرة تعليمية لا تقل عن سنتين، وامتلاك مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية قوية. يجب أن تكون المتقدمة/المتقدمون ماهرين في التخطيط للدروس وإدارة الصف وتقييم الطالب وخلق بيئة تعلم جذابة. يجب أن يستوفي المرشحون متطلبات أهليّة ADEK، وأن يكونوا مؤهلين لموافقة ADEK/PASS، وتقديم جميع المستندات المعتمدة المطلوبة. يفضل شهادة IELTS وقد تكون مطلوبة حسب الوظيفة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:التخطيط والتحضير وتقديم دروس جذابة ومركّزة على الطالب بما يتماشى مع المنهج الدراسي.خلق بيئة صفية إيجابية وشاملة وآمنة تعزز التعلم الفعّال.تقييم ورصد وإبلاغ تقدم الطلاب الأكاديمي وتقديم تعليقات بناءة.تمييز أساليب التدريس لتلبية تنوع متعلميالتخطيط وتقديم دروس جذابة مركّزة على الطالب.إعداد خطط الدروس والاختبارات بما يتماشى مع متطلبات المنهج.مراقبة وتقييم تقدم الطلاب.الحفاظ على بيئة تعلم صفية فعّالة.المشاركة في فعاليات المدرسة واجتماعاتها والتطوير المهني.اتباع سياسات الحماية ورعاية الطفل وADEK.المتطلباتدرجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو المادة التدريسية ذات الصلة.
يجب أن تطابق المؤهلات المادة التي يتم تدريسها.
خبرة تدريس ذات صلة لا تقل عن سنتين.
المجموع الكلي لدرجة IELTS: 6.0 (إلزامي).
مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية قوية.
إدارة الصف وتقييم ممتازة.
مؤهل للموافقة ADEK/PASS.
القدرة على تقديم شهادات مؤهلات وخبرات معتمدة.

About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher IELTS 7.0 to deliver engaging lessons that develop students' reading, writing, listening, speaking, and critical thinking skills while maintaining high academic standards in the Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, have at least two years of teaching experience, and possess strong English communication skills. Applicants should be skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and creating an engaging learning environment. Candidates must meet ADEK eligibility requirements, be eligible for ADEK/PASS approval, and provide all required attested documents. IELTS certification is preferred and may be required depending on the position.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in line with the curriculum.Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes effective learning.Assess, monitor, and report on students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse learningPlan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.Prepare lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements.Monitor and evaluate student progress.Maintain an effective classroom learning environment.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.Follow safeguarding, child protection, and ADEK policies.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Education or the relevant teaching subject.
Qualification must match the subject being taught.
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
IELTS Overall Band Score: 6.0 (Mandatory).
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent classroom management and assessment skills.
Eligible for ADEK/PASS approval.
Ability to provide attested qualifications and experience certificates.
