الملف المرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التصنيع أو مجال ذات صلة؛ الشهادات المتقدمة تعتبر ميزة.
15-25 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التصنيع أو إدارة الإنتاج، مع سجل حافل من النجاح.
خبرة في إدارة فرق كبيرة، وتظهر مهارات قيادية وبناء فريق قوية.
Achieve monthly and annual production targets.
Maximize plant capacity utilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Maintain product quality in line with customer and industry standards.
Reduce production costs through process optimization and resource efficiency.
Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
Improve yield while reducing raw material, energy, and consumable losses.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, targeting zero lost-time incidents.
Deliver production schedules and customer orders on time.
Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership, training, and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
15-25 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production management, with a track record of success.
Experience in managing large teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
