Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing bespoke hospitality products, decorative accessories, artwork, and furniture for luxury hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, and branded residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke hospitality products from concept to production.

• Develop mood boards, sketches, renders, and technical drawings.

• Create products such as:

  • Decorative accessories

  • Wall art and sculptures

  • Hotel room accessories

  • Luxury guest amenities

  • Wooden, metal, ceramic, stone, leather, and textile products

  • Branded merchandise

  • Custom furniture and FF&E items

• Prepare presentation materials for client approvals.

• Develop production-ready drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable.

• Work closely with the sales and project management teams throughout project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience in hospitality, luxury interiors, furniture, décor, or lifestyle products is highly preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing original product designs.

• Proficiency in:

  • Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 (preferred)

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

  • KeyShot, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes for wood, metal, ceramics, leather, acrylic, glass, and stone.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with luxury hotel brands.

• Knowledge of hospitality OS&E and FF&E.

• Experience creating technical production drawings.
