إعداد رسومات التصميم، التصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد، مواصفات المواد، ووثائق البناء.
التنسيق مع architects، مهندسي الكهرباء والميكانيكا والسباك، المستشارين، وفِرَق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
التأكد من امتثال جميع التصاميم للوائح الرعاية الصحية ومتطلبات السلطة المحلية والمعايير الصناعية.
إجراء زيارات الموقع، حضور اجتماعات العملاء، والإشراف على تنفيذ التصميم لضمان الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي للرعاية الصحية/ المستشفيات.
معرفة قوية بمعايير تصميم الرعاية الصحية واللوائح.
إتقان AutoCAD، Revit، SketchUp، 3ds Max، وبرامج التصميم الأخرى ذات الصلة.
القدرة على إعداد تصاميم المفاهيم، الرسومات التفصيلية، ووثائق المشروع.
الإتاحة الفورية مفضلة بشدة.
Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and detailed design solutions for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
Prepare design drawings, 3D visualizations, material specifications, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and oversee design implementation to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital interior design.
Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software.
Ability to prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
