• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30 carpenters.

• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and production drawings.

• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to the carpentry team.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time and according to project deadlines.

• Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Production Manager, and other departments.

• Check measurements, materials, and fabrication before production starts.

• Ensure all carpenters follow safety rules and company procedures.

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the carpentry team.

• Identify production problems and provide quick solutions.

• Report daily work progress and project status.

• Train and guide new carpenters and improve team performance.

• Ensure tools, machines, and materials are used correctly and maintained properly.

• Must be able to read AutoCAD drawings, dimensions, and technical layouts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Supervisor in the exhibition, events, or fit-out industry.
