• Assist senior designers in developing creative concepts and mood boards for client presentations.
• Source and curate materials, finishes, and furniture samples, maintaining an organized library.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Prepare specification documents and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.
• Accompany designers on site visits to measure spaces and document existing conditions.
• Research emerging design trends and innovative products to inform project development.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and track orders.
• Help manage project documentation and maintain organized digital and physical files.
• Support the team in preparing for client meetings and design reviews.
• Gain hands-on experience with the entire design process, from initial concept to project completion.
