JOB TITLE: Specialist Anaesthesiologist - UAE LOCATION: UAE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SECTOR: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its advanced operating theatres, perioperative medicine, and acute pain management services and is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Anaesthesiologist to join its growing clinical team.

ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver specialist-level anaesthesia care for elective and emergency surgical cases across multiple specialties.
• Conduct pre-anaesthetic assessments, patient risk evaluations, and perioperative optimisation for surgical procedures.
• Provide general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anaesthesia care according to clinical requirements and hospital protocols.
• Manage airway emergencies, postoperative recovery, acute pain management, and perioperative complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and operating theatre teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in clinical governance activities, morbidity reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives within anaesthesia services.
