About the Role
We're seeking a friendly, style-savvy Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive store sales. You'll be the face of the brand — helping customers, keeping the floor looking sharp, and hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering styling advice and product knowledge

• Meet individual and store sales goals

• Handle checkout, returns, and exchanges accurately

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised

• Manage stock: replenishment, folding, sizing, and inventory checks

• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is a plus

• Passion for fashion and strong customer-service skills

• Confident, approachable, and a team player

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours

Desired Candidate Profile

Store Manager should have at least 2 years of experience in a Fashion Brand in the UAE. (SM 5K)

Sales Associate: Freshers are welcome- Good communication skills with a can-do attitude. (SA 2.5K- 3K)
