Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Multi-Skilled Technician (HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing) to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities while performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance activities at assigned sites.
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair works.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of assigned work orders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Prepare maintenance reports and communicate technical issues or additional repair requirements to the supervisor.
• Support and guide technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of electrical maintenance and repair.

Practical experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in facilities management.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
