Job Details

  • · Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements. · Conduct inspections of interior fit-out works, including drywall, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, marble, metal works, glass, painting, partitions, MEP interfaces, and FF&E installations. · Raise and manage WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. · Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. · Identify non-conformities (NCRs), investigate root causes, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. · Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. · Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved material submittals. · Maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material approvals, NCRs, snag lists, and quality records. · Conduct internal quality audits and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date. · Monitor project snagging, rectification, and final handover activities. · Support consultant and client inspections and ensure timely closure of comments. · Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, company quality procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements. · Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. · 3–8 years of experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. · Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, installation methods, and finishing works. · Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. · Experience with WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, Method Statements, and NCR management.

  • · Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. · Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Preferred Skills · Strong understanding of consultant inspection procedures. · Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. · Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. · Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail fit-out projects. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
