Supervise and guide waiters to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Welcome customers and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their visit.
Take and coordinate customer orders accurately with the kitchen team.
Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
Monitor table service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and report serious issues to the Supervisor.
Assist with staff allocation and daily service operations.
Ensure company, food safety, hygiene, and service standards are followed.
Support the team during busy hours and maintain efficient service.
Coordinate with the Supervisor and kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar position in a hotel, restaurant, or F&B outlet.
Previous hotel/restaurant experience is required.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and table service.
UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be an advantage.
