* Senior leader with significant experience in Data, AI, Analytics and Digital Transformation. * A proven track record of leading large-scale technology or transformation programmes. * Strong blend of strategic thinking, operational delivery and commercial acumen. * Experience building, scaling or transforming a Data & AI function rather than solely managing an established team. * Background gained within consulting, technology services, large enterprises or complex transformation environments.
