Job Description
Reservations Agent:
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 2 years' experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera PMS
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English preferred

ما ستقوم به:
- تقديم خدمة استثنائية وودودة وجذابة باستمرار
- ضمان الاختيار الأمثل للضيف وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من العائد من خلال البيع الزائد
- تقديم مرافق الفندق والمساعدة في معلومات وطلبات خاصة للضيوف
- حجز طلبات حجوزات الغرف، إدخال قوائم الإقامة، وتحديث معلومات دقيقة في النظام
المؤهلات
خبرتك ومهاراتك تشمل:
- يُشترط خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كموظف حجوزات في فندق/منتجع خمس نجوم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
- شخصية مركزة على الضيوف ضرورية؛ تعتبر الخبرة ميزة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع Opera PMS
- قدرات تواصل وحل مشكلات قوية
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مفضل
