This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood. Review the program submitted by contractor, comment, address the concerns and do the recommendation to the Project Director/client. Reporting areas of ‘non-compliance’ for resolution between Clients and their Partners’, consultants’ and contractors’ programmes. Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports to the Client. Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports. Monitors progress at site on daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares monthly reports to client Determines the eligibility of contractor for any claim/time extension. Other tasks as instructed by the Project Director / Planning and Risk Manager.
Qualifications15+ total years of experience5+ years' experience on 5-star Hotel projects and other Hospitality Projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications (Primavera, etc) is a must Experience with Architectural & Engineering Consultancies is preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities
