We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE and are looking to engage highly skilled professionals in Design Manager roles. Each Design Manager appointed will be responsible for a different part of the project including Infrastructure & Buildings, Hospitality & Interior Design and Masterplan & Landscape.
Qualifications and professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in design and engineering roles Minimum 5 years in a design management position Experience in large-scale developments (Infrastructure / Mixed-use / Urban Projects) Experience working within PMC or consultancy environment Experience in multidisciplinary coordination Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes Proficiency in design and coordination tools (Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks) Manage the design process from concept through detailed design and IFC stages Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables in accordance with approved schedules Monitor design progress and report deviations
