• Conduct regular camp visits and engage directly with employees.

• Develop and implement employee welfare, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.

• Organize sports, cultural, social, recreational, and CSR activities.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee welfare concerns.

• Work closely with HR and Operations to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.

• Develop employee recognition and long-service initiatives.

• Monitor welfare trends and recommend improvements to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Employee Welfare, Engagement, or Employee Relations.

• Strong experience working with large blue-collar and multicultural workforces in the UAE.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate in several languages relevant to the UAE labour market is highly preferred.

• Willing to regularly visit labour camps across the UAE

This position is focused specifically on employee welfare and engagement and does not include responsibility for camp facilities.
